Tracking Your Applications
Open Applications in the main menu to see every application and its status, from Applied to Cast. You can edit or withdraw one only while it still says Applied, and invitations wait at the top.

Open Applications in the main menu. The My Applications page lists every role you applied for, with its status, from Applied to Cast. While an application still says Applied you can edit or withdraw it. Invitations from casting directors wait at the top of the page.
What each status means

Viewed by casting is set automatically the first time the casting director opens your application, so it tells you a real person has looked.
When a status says Verify to see
For everyone's safety, Castkro can ask performers to verify their identity before showing where more of their applications stand. Those applications still appear in your list and are still with the casting directors, but their status says Verify to see, and a box above the list offers Verify my profile. You can still edit or withdraw an application a casting director has not opened yet. Verifying is free, and every status appears straight away afterwards.
Read an application's timeline
- Open Applications.
- On the My Applications tab, find the role. Tap its title to open the casting call.
- Tap Application timeline under it.
The timeline lists each change of status with its date. It also shows Expected response by, a date two weeks after you applied. If that date passes with no change, put your energy into other roles rather than waiting on this one.
If you see This role has been filled., somebody has been cast in that role.
Edit an application
You can change your note, or add files, only while the status is Applied.
- Tap Edit on the application.
- In Edit application, change Cover note. For example:
I have since finished a three-week Marathi theatre run and can share a recording if helpful. - To add a file, use Add attachments, such as a recent self-tape or a CV.
- Tap Save changes.
Withdraw an application
- Tap Withdraw on the application.
- Read Withdraw this application?, then tap Withdraw. To change your mind, tap Keep it.
Withdrawing cannot be undone. The casting director stops seeing your application for that role, and you cannot apply to the same role again afterwards.
Withdrawing does not give an application back
Your monthly allowance counts every application you make, including ones you later withdraw. See the monthly application limit.
Answer an invitation
Casting directors can invite you to apply for a role. When one is waiting, it appears at the top of the page under Waiting on your answer, and the Invitations tab shows a number.
- Read the role and the casting call named under Waiting on your answer.
- Tap the title if you want to read the casting call first.
- Tap Accept or Decline.
If more than one invitation is waiting, tap the more waiting link, or open the Invitations tab. There, tap Respond on an invitation, then Accept or Reject.
If Castkro asks you to verify your identity, some invitations wait until you do. The Waiting on your reply card on your dashboard says how many, for example 3 more invitations are waiting., with Verify my profile and See all invitations. Declining an invitation does not make room for another one.
When you accept an invitation to apply, your application goes straight into the casting director's list with the status Applied. You can accept even if you have used all your applications this month, and the casting call's checklist does not apply. The accepted invitation still counts towards your monthly total afterwards.

FAQ
My application has said Applied for weeks. Is something wrong?
No. It means the casting director has not opened it yet. Not every casting director reads every application, so keep applying to other roles and keep your photos and bio strong.
Why can I not see Edit or Withdraw?
They only appear while the status is Applied. Once the casting director has opened your application, it stays as you sent it.
I withdrew by mistake. Can I apply again?
No, not to the same role. You can still apply to other roles in the same casting call.
A casting director asked me to pay after shortlisting me. What do I do?
Do not pay. Nobody genuine asks for money at any stage. Report it, following how to stay safe.
I manage my child's profile. Where are their applications?
Choose your child's profile first. The My Applications page then shows that child's applications and invitations.
