Open Billing from the account menu and scroll to Billing history. Every payment you made is listed there, plans and one-time purchases alike. Select Invoice to open your GST tax invoice, or Receipt where no tax invoice was issued, then select Print / Save as PDF to keep a copy.

Step 1: Open Billing history

  1. Open the account menu and select Billing.
  2. Scroll to Billing history. It lists your most recent payments, newest first, with the Date, Description, Total, Invoice number and Status.

Both subscription payments and one-time purchases, such as a credit pack, appear in the same list.

Step 2: Open the document

In the Actions column, each payment has one of these:

Link What it opens
Invoice Castkro's GST tax invoice for that payment
Receipt A Payment receipt, for a payment that has no tax invoice. It says This is not a tax invoice.
Gateway PDF Where available, the payment provider's own PDF for the same payment

Step 3: Save it as a PDF

On the invoice or receipt, select Print / Save as PDF. In the print window, choose Save as PDF as the printer. On a phone, use the share or print option your browser offers.

Reading a tax invoice

On the invoice What it means
Tax invoice and the number Your invoice number, for example CK/26-27/001500. The middle part is the Indian financial year, April to March.
Issued and FY The date the invoice was issued, in Indian time, and its financial year
From Castkro's registered legal name, address and GSTIN
To Your name, address and email, and your GSTIN if it is on the invoice. Address not on record means we had no address to print.
Place of supply The state the supply is taxed in. It decides which GST lines apply.
Tax payable on reverse charge Whether you have to pay the GST yourself. For Castkro plans this is normally No.
Payment reference The payment provider's reference, useful if you contact your bank
SAC The GST service code for what you bought
Taxable value The price before GST
CGST and SGST, or IGST The GST. Within the same state as Castkro it is split into CGST and SGST. From another state it is a single IGST line.
Total What you paid
Prices already include GST

The price you pay is the total. GST is worked out from inside that amount, not added on top, so the Taxable value plus the GST lines always add up to exactly what you were charged.

Your details on the invoice

  • Your name and email are copied from your account when the invoice is issued.
  • Your address comes from the Office address on a casting director profile, or otherwise from the city on your profile.
  • Your GSTIN, where it appears, comes from the GSTIN a casting director added under Registered business on the Verification tab of Account settings.

An issued invoice is never edited afterwards, even if you change your profile later, because a tax invoice has to stay exactly as it was issued. If you think something on an invoice is wrong, write to us through the contact form and choose Billing, payments & refunds.

FAQ

Why does my payment show Receipt instead of Invoice?

A receipt is shown when Castkro has no tax invoice for that payment. The receipt still records the date, what you bought, the payment reference and the amount you paid.

Can I get an invoice in my company's name?

Invoices are issued to the details on your account at the moment of payment, so set them up before you pay: keep the Office address on your casting director profile up to date, and add the company's GSTIN under Registered business. For a payment already made, write to us through the contact form and choose Billing, payments & refunds.

I paid for my child's plan. Where is that invoice?

On your own Billing page, because you are the one who paid. It is listed under Billing history like any other payment.

Why is there CGST and SGST on one invoice and IGST on another?

It depends on the place of supply. A supply within the same state as Castkro is taxed as CGST plus SGST, and a supply to another state as IGST. The total you pay is the same either way.

My invoice list is empty

Billing history only lists payments made from this account. If you paid from another account, or the payment did not go through, it will not appear. If you think a payment is missing, write to us with the payment reference from your bank or UPI app.
