Promoting Your Profile or a Casting Call
Performers get higher search placement on paid plans, and can buy a fixed-length profile promotion from One-time purchases when it is on sale. Casting calls cannot be promoted from the app; a sponsored listing is arranged with Castkro's team.

Performers have two ways to be seen more: a paid plan raises your placement in talent search, and a profile promotion, when one is on sale, features you for a fixed number of days. Casting calls cannot be promoted from inside the app. A sponsored listing is arranged by writing to Castkro's team.
Promotion only works for a profile that is already in search
Every kind of promotion below shows only profiles that already appear in Find Talent. If your profile is not In Discovery yet, buying a plan or a promotion will not make it visible. Why your profile is not showing in search explains the bar.

How to buy a profile promotion
You need to be signed in on your performer account.
- While signed in, go to One-time purchases.
- Look for Promote your profile. Each offer shows how long it runs and its price. If the page says Nothing on sale just yet, or there is no Promote your profile section, promotion is not on sale right now.
- Select Buy now on the offer you want, and pay on the checkout page.
- Your promotion starts as soon as the payment is confirmed. Your profile card shows Promoted in Find Talent results while it runs.
Your receipt or invoice appears on your Billing page.
A promotion does not change what casting directors can do
It does not unlock messaging, change your application limit or put you in front of a particular casting call. It puts your profile in front of more casting directors while it runs.
For casting directors: promoting a casting call
There is no button to promote or boost a casting call in the app today. Some listings on the casting calls page carry a Sponsored label: those placements are arranged with Castkro's team.
To ask about sponsoring a call, use the contact form, choose Something else, and include the link to your casting call and when you need applications by.

FAQ
Is a paid plan the same as a promotion?
No. A paid plan raises your normal ranking in search for as long as you subscribe, and Spotlight and Elite add turns in the pinned spots. A profile promotion is a one-off purchase that features you on the homepage and pins you in search for a set number of days.
I bought a promotion but I do not see my profile promoted
Check that your profile is In Discovery. A promotion only shows profiles that already appear in Find Talent, and it starts showing again as soon as yours does, until its end date. If your profile is in search and you still cannot see it after an hour, write to us through the contact form.
Can I promote my child's profile?
Not at the moment. A profile promotion always applies to the performer profile of the account that buys it, so it cannot be bought for a child's profile.
How long does a profile promotion last?
The number of days is shown on each offer before you buy. It starts when your payment is confirmed.
Can casting directors tell my profile is promoted?
Yes. A promoted card is marked Promoted, so the placement is always disclosed.
