How the Star Score and Trophies Work
Star Score is reputation you earn, mostly by entering and winning contests on Castkro Perform. It lifts where you appear in casting searches, cannot be spent, and trophies mark what you have achieved.

Star Score is reputation you earn on Castkro, mostly by entering and winning contests on Castkro Perform. A higher score lifts where you appear when casting directors search. It is not money and cannot be spent. Trophies mark particular achievements and appear on your profile.
How you earn points
Contests on Castkro Perform
When a contest closes, its entries are ranked by votes. Only public entries that have not been taken down are ranked, so an entry you set to private earns nothing.

A place only counts as a win if you beat at least one other entry. If you are the only entrant, or you come last, you get the 10 points for taking part, and no trophy.

- Audience trophies count views of your profile and votes on your performances.
- Craft trophies count performances that are public and have passed review. A performance set to private or unlisted does not count.
- Milestones are small, one-off steps. They add points but are not shown on your trophy shelf.
If you pass two levels at once, for example your profile goes from 8,000 to 55,000 views, you get both the 10k and the 50k trophy.
When they appear
- Contest trophies and points are added when the contest closes, usually within the hour.
- Every other trophy is checked once a day, early in the morning. If you cross a line in the afternoon, the trophy appears the next morning.

On your dashboard, the Next line shows the one trophy you are closest to, with your progress, for
example Next: 5 performances and 3 of 5.
The trophy groups rank from rarest to most common as Champion, Audience, Craft, then Milestone. That order decides which trophy appears on your Find Talent card.
How it affects casting searches
Your Star Score is one of the things that decides the order of results in Find Talent. It is compared against other performers who earned points in the last 12 months, so recent activity counts for more. Points older than that stop helping your position, but your trophies and your total stay on your profile.
It does not get you into search on its own. Your profile still needs to meet the requirements for appearing in search.
Performers under 18
A performer under 18 cannot earn Audience trophies. They can earn Champion and Craft trophies, but those are not shown on their public profile or in Find Talent. See Castkro's policy for performers under 18.
FAQ
I have not entered any contests. Why can I not see a Star Score on my dashboard?
The Your Star Score section appears once you have at least one point. Taking part in a contest, or reaching a milestone such as your first application, gets you started.
I crossed 5 performances yesterday. Where is my trophy?
Trophies other than contest wins are added once a day, early in the morning. Check again tomorrow. Also check that all five performances are public and not waiting for review.
Can I spend my Star Score or turn it into credits?
No. It is not a currency and buys nothing. It exists so casting directors can see what you have done.
How do I earn my first points?
Enter a contest on Castkro Perform. Every public entry that does not place still earns 10 points when the contest closes.
Does paying for a plan raise my Star Score?
No. Points come only from contests, performances, profile views, votes and milestones.
